Welcome to
Emily The Vampire Slayer, my name is Emily (
surprised?) & this is my personal webspace that is free for me to say as I like in. You don't agree with my ramblings? That's fine, leave. I'm not out to offend or upset anyone but, like most, I'm very opiniated... that can often get in the way of my desire to be friends with everyone I meet because I won't drop my beliefs for anyone.
Why should I? But feel free to take a look around and comment my blogs. Any questions, issues or complaints can be addressed
here.

I have dyed my hair darker. To most people this is completely normal but to me, it is a travesty. Thank God, I'm still a shade of blonde. It actually happened by accident when me and my Mum were trying to put right a hair disaster I was having before. Basically, I had dyed by roots and they came out bright yellow! I looked ridiculous and we had to do something, so we got a dark blonde to try and tame it and it came out, well, dark blonde... but good. I like it. What I don't like is the fact that my Mother is going to be at College tomorrow night talking to all my teachers who have loads of work missing from me because of my absence and especially Maths because I am well and truly failing. This is nothing to do with me missing school, this is because I was stupid to take it and couldn't do it anyway.
I wish I had loads more to say but this time of year brings no excitement whatsoever, no holidays to talk about until Easter (which I can't wait for), it's not Summer but it's still chilly out so you can't do anything remarkable... the best thing I have done recently is go to see 'Young Victoria'. And it was such a great film actually. I'm a bit of a history nut, I love it, especially the history of my own country. It fascinates me how much England has been through in the history of the world. Anyway, the film was a wonderful depiction of Victoria's life and how she came to the throne at eighteen and reigned until she was eighty-one, which makes her the longest-running British monarch. Also, I'm not one for love stories, romance makes me gag a bit... but I can make an exception for the lovely story of her and Prince Albert, he even pushed her aside and took a bullet for her which is pretty incredible even for someone who chivalry is lost on.
I'm increasingly dividing my time lately between this site, my other small projects like fanlistings and
Virtuoso where I now have my own journal section, courtesy of the marvelous
Spencer. That's just reminded me, however, that I need to finish off some fanlistings, particularly 'Angel Of The Morning' because that must be nearing the end of the time limit. My God, I hope I don't go back to my old ways of delaying things to the last minute. And I must finish
Cameron Frye because I have finally been allowed to adopt it and I can't let the previous owner down. Oh, by the way, I got rejected for the Buffy The Vampire Slayer character: Vi. Ahh, well, that's not the end of the world. Tomorrow might may be, though. I'll update after the event... if, of course, I'm still alive.
