Welcome to Emily The Vampire Slayer, my name is Emily (surprised?) & this is my personal webspace that is free for me to say as I like in. You don't agree with my ramblings? That's fine, leave. I'm not out to offend or upset anyone but, like most, I'm very opiniated... that can often get in the way of my desire to be friends with everyone I meet because I won't drop my beliefs for anyone. Why should I? But feel free to take a look around and comment my blogs. Any questions, issues or complaints can be addressed here.

Um, yeah, got that little bugger stuck in my head, I suppose that's the main reason for the title of this blog; but at the same time, I do have a LOT to be thankful for. I'll get on about that in a minute, but first: the title, the song... it's by Wayne Newton and was basically the theme tune for the film 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off', have you seen it? You definitely should - it's perfect! God, love that film... and 'Danke Schoen' translates roughly as 'Thankyou very much'.
Oh God, oh God, I'm dying to burst out about this weekend!!! But, I really am going to hold off until I've finished with the more minor news...
Well, today I went to ASDA and bought some new clothes for College, which should be interesting - in fact, I have to enrol on Wednesday. I also bought the full Season One of Supernatural for £24, which is really good seeing as I bought part one alone before for £20; and now I'll sell that one on ebay! And I finally got my Mum a birthday present...
Oh God, it's no good, I'm gonna burst if I don't get this out of my system: *deep breath* "I WENT TO COLLECTORMANIA AND MET NICK BRENDON AND IT WAS AMAZING AND HE IS GORGEOUS AND I BOUGHT LOADS OF STUFF AND AND AND..." *collapses*. Okay, I'm back. Phew! So, God yeah, I went to Glasgow in Scotland and it was gorgeous with all this lovely scenery and we stayed in a travel inn Saturday night. Then on Sunday we went to Collectormania. I met Nick Brendon and spoke to him, it was wonderful... I also had my photo taken with him and he hugged me - Oh Goooooood I love him! Oh, and I got a free autograph off Rusty Goffe from Star Wars and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. He was lovely too, what a sweetheart. I've stocked up REALLY well on my Buffy collection to feed the fanatic in me. I'm very soon going to put the pictures from Collectormania on here as well.
And guess what? Looks like there may be another convention coming sooner than I thought. I expected not to be able to go to Milton Keynes again this year but they're holding one in, wait for it... September! And the best thing is my Mum says we can probably go. If we can, I'll ask Kafie - last time was hilarious. This time, so far, J.August Richards and Adam Baldwin will be there. Now, final thing, I'm going to make a list of conventions/concerts I've been to and ones I'm going to:
